Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion.

• Drivers will be paid $200per day during the training period. Training period typically lasts 6 weeks.
• Stop pay: $45per stop
• Safety training: $20per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $84,000
