J.B. Hunt is hiring semi-local Class A drivers in our dedicated contract services unit. You will deliver freight to a single customer with frequent home time and consistent, predictable routes.

This role is paid hourly for all hours worked, with an activity-based bonus structure and a range of benefits, including PTO from day one and a 401(k) plan with company match.

This role is paid at an hourly rate for all hours worked and an activity-based payment calculated using the formula, Activity Based Bonus - Hourly Pay = Activity Based Payment Amount, to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
