This full-time role features an activity-based pay plan, competitive per-mile rate ($0.71–$0.73) and various pays (detention, training) to reward safety and efficiency. Home time is frequent, with onsite management and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $93,648
• $0.71-$0.73 per mile
• Detention pay: $20 per hour
• New hire training daily pay: $20 per hour
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
