Herman N Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for semi-local Meijer routes with no-touch freight and frequent home time. You'll deliver to stores across the Midwest, including Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin, with most runs serving Chicago suburbs.

Earn an average of $84,000 per year, with top earners up to $90,000, plus a $10,000 bonus plan, mileage and stop pay, detention pay, PTO from day one, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.

Job Details

• Semi-local routes with frequent home time
• Deliveries to Meijer stores across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin
• Daily store deliveries and distribution-center shuttles
• Approximately 85–90% of runs serve Chicago suburbs
• No-touch freight; mostly drop-and-hook
• Backhauls returning to Lansing
• Trucks stay at the account during home time

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience

• Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire; reimbursement available
