Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for routes across Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Enjoy home weekly time, mostly drop-and-hook freight, and a strong pay package with per-mile earnings plus bonus opportunities.

You will operate nights and weekends as needed, reside within 50 miles of Topeka, KS, and participate in a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and holidays. Prior 12 months driving required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• residence within 50 miles of Topeka, KS.

Responsibilities

• Operate mostly drop-and-hook freight with occasional live load/unload on backhaul lanes.
• Home time is weekly; nights and weekends may be required based on route needs.

Pay & Bonuses

• CPM: $0.58/mile for all miles, with a $0.02/mile increase at 6 months
• Average Earnings: Top 25% of drivers on this fleet earn $1,800 weekly / $94,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
• Orientation Pay: $500
• Veterans Bonus: Additional bonus available with a valid DD-214

Job Details & Home Time

• Home Time: Home at least weekly. Drivers living closest to the Topeka Distribution Center get home more frequently, with potential home time most nights for local Topeka residents.
• Operating Area: Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas
• Weekly Mileage: Average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week
• Freight Type: Mostly drop-and-hook and preloaded trailers (occasional live load/unload on backhaul lanes)
• Schedule: Nights and weekends may be required based on route needs
