Job summary

WME Express in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Semi-Local CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to haul roofing and building materials on flatbed trailers. This full-time role involves traveling across multiple states and returning home for a 34-hour reset.

You will strap and unstrap loads, unload when needed, and back into tight spaces. Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days (reimbursed) and steel-toe boots cost reimbursed. Compensation is about $95,000 per year, with weekly pay of around $1,825.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Hazmat endorsement within 60 days (reimbursed).
• Flatbed experience preferred.
• Ability to back and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Steel-toe boots reimbursed.
• Willing to assist other accounts when freight is slow.

Responsibilities

• Haul roofing/building materials on flatbed trailers.
• Travel throughout UT, CA, NV, NM, CO, TX, ID, OR, WA, MT, WY, and surrounding states.
• Strap all loads before leaving.
• Unstrap loads at delivery locations.
• Customers unload freight using forklifts or cranes.
• Pick up backhaul loads when needed.
