Job summary

Titus Transport in Columbia City, IN is seeking a semi-local CDL-A driver for consistent local grocery freight deliveries. You will operate a company truck on pre-loaded loads, perform safety checks, and provide professional customer service on every stop.

This onsite role rewards reliability with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package. Expect a 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off; a 6th day is optional.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A Driving Experience.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van Experience highly preferred.
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background.
• Demonstrated commitment to Safety, Service, and Job Stability.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company truck to safely and efficiently deliver pre-loaded dryvan grocery freight on local routes.
• Check pallets at stores for accurate quantities and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.
• Assist with on-site dock priority and maintain professional store interactions.

What You'll Do:

Operate a company truck to safely and efficiently deliver pre-loaded dryvan grocery freight on assigned local routes.

Driver checks off pallets at stores to ensure accurate product quantities.

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your truck is properly maintained.

Deliver excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at stores.

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
