Job summary

Steinhafels Furniture in Waukesha, WI is recruiting Semi Drivers for our local operations. Drivers work 10 hour days with overtime after 10 hours and must include a Saturday or Sunday.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL for classes A, B, and C.
• Valid Class D license.
• Driving record meets insurability requirements.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use various power tools.
• Lifting up to 150 pounds.
• Regular walking, bending, twisting, climbing, kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Safe delivery of furniture and inter-office mail between main warehouse and satellite locations.
• Monitoring and maintenance of semi-truck.
• Move trailers within the warehouse yard.
• May occasionally make in-home customer deliveries as needed.
• Accurate completion of all necessary paperwork.
• Requires punctuality and regular attendance.
