Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Process Technician for the SEM Lab to perform data analysis and failure investigation on defect issues identified by YE and Fab teams. You will document findings and generate a consolidated report for stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on operation of SEM and related analysis equipment, strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, and flexibility to support 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in electronics or related field.
• Experience with failure analysis and data documentation.
• Hands-on lab experience with SEM and related equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial data analysis on new issues and documents findings.
• Conducts failure analysis and summarizes results for stakeholders.
• Operates lab equipment safely and performs basic troubleshooting.
• Supports department objectives and participates in improvement projects.
