As a Selling Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Store Leadership team by executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business in a dynamic and complex environment. Success is achieved through championing advanced selling tools and executing comprehensive daily/weekly business objectives by assigning and managing tasks, goals, and priorities for the team. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
You will lead by example, providing feedback, coaching, and support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring sales metrics, sharing performance data, and executing strategies to optimize performance and achieve goals. In this role, you will also support and lead a small team, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and development of team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the store.
