Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to build relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement. You will service in-store and digitally, acting as a style confidante using the latest technology for outreach and sales. This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager in San Diego.

You will demonstrate fashion expertise, leverage omni-channel tools, and drive personal sales while maintaining a client-centric approach and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal.
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

Salary Range $17.00 - $23.00*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
