Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Selling Advisor in St. Louis to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement, both in-store and digitally.

You will demonstrate fashion expertise and use omni-channel tools to connect with clients, drive wardrobing, and hit personal sales goals while delivering a luxury experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools is preferred.
• Styling, fashion retail experience is needed.
• Commission sales experience is a plus.

Job Description:

YOU WILL BE:

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma / equivalency required
