Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue Llc is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, personal engagement, and expert fashion knowledge in-store and digitally. You will service clients who visit the store and via digital outreach, acting as a trusted style confidante.

The role emphasizes fashion authority, use of tech tools for outreach, and a customer-centric approach to drive sales and wardrobing while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Salary Range $15.00 - $23.10*

YOU WILL BE:

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma / equivalency required
• A flexible work schedule
