Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Selling Advisor for an on-site role in Denver. You will cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement, both in-store and digitally using the latest technology.

You will discuss fashion trends with clients, apply omni-channel strategies, and report to the Sales Manager. A strong work ethic, fashion knowledge, and commission-driven mindset are essential.

Job Description:

YOU WILL BE:

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority-both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Salary Range $19.29 - $25.30*
Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
