• Data analysis & insight generation- Analyze seller LIVE performance across areas such as LIVE supply, active sellers, duration and frequency, viewer engagement, conversion, and GMV‑related outcomes- Identify key drivers, trends, seller segments, and growth opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations- Support deep‑dives on category performance, seller activation, retention, content quality, and other priority business questions- Evaluate the impact of product features and operational programs, and consolidate learnings for future iterations
• Dashboard building & performance tracking- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting views for seller LIVE business health and initiative performance- Establish clear tracking logic and consistent reporting standards, including metric definitions, cadence, data sources, and change logs- Prepare weekly performance readouts and concise summaries that highlight progress, gaps, risks, and next steps- Improve data quality and reporting efficiency by identifying missing signals, inconsistent definitions, or manual processes
• Project coordination & execution- Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; proactively surface risks and propose next steps- Support seller LIVE pilots and scaled programs by ensuring targeting, tracking, communications, and reporting are ready before launch- Own meeting hygiene, including agendas, notes, action items, follow‑ups, and organized documentation- Document results and reusable playbooks so successful approaches can be repeated across categories and seller segments

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; preferred majors include Business Analytics, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong interest in data analysis, performance tracking, project management, and content commerce
• Comfortable working with data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects
• Familiarity with data visualization, trend analysis, segmentation, and basic experiment or program evaluation
• Experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity in analysis, summarization, and documentation
• Interest in TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, seller growth, and creator or content ecosystems

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.

• Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
• Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
• Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
