Job summary

Moove In Self Storage is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at an assigned facility. You will present storage options to customers, handle inquiries by email, phone, and in person, and ensure clean, secure premises.

Responsibilities include daily cash handling, rent collections, deposits, petty cash, and basic accounting. You will also upsell retail items like locks and packing supplies, follow emergency procedures, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers and present storage options to meet their needs.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person as outlined in the Operations Manual.
• Visually inspect the facility daily; address maintenance and cleanliness issues as needed.
• Make daily bank deposits and deliveries to the Post Office.
• Be responsible for accurate computer accounting records and petty cash funds.
• Timely collection of rent, deposits, assessed fees and other fees.
• Sell retail merchandise such as locks, packing materials and boxes.
• Make past due calls to delinquent accounts.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures such as fires, criminal activity, accidents, disasters.
• Participate in training programs or seminars at management’s request.
• Other duties as assigned.
