Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into rentals (phone, internet, walk-in).
• Sell boxes, locks, and packing materials.
• Manage accounts receivable including collections and deposits.
• Ensure property cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Market to local businesses and apartment managers.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
• Monitor property condition and report issues.
• Oversee contractors and vendors.
• Manage foreclosure documentation and assist auctions.
• Manage truck rentals and vehicle maintenance.
