Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, payment reminders, and occasional travel between sites. Ideal candidates come from customer service–based sales backgrounds such as retail or restaurants, with a valid driver's license for between-location travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Strong reliability and ability to work independently at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of routine tasks.
• Assist customers in with payments; place reminders and conduct collections as needed.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.
