Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining customer service with sales. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

The role includes auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and staying current with customer payments. A valid driver’s license and mileage reimbursement are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
