Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work on flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) across multiple properties in Riverside. Earn $19.50 per hour with opportunities for bonuses, comprehensive benefits after 20+ hours, and mileage reimbursement for travel between sites.

You will assess customer storage needs, supervise unit readiness, manage cash and deposits, and help customers stay current with payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, alternating between inside and outside work.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminders/collections when needed.
