Ideal candidates hold an active Massachusetts RN license, BLS and ACLS, with 2+ years of PICU experience and the ability to pass background screening.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Must have American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
