We are currently seeking a Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) Specialist to join our team. The responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with quality audits of SDPC (nursing) records.
2. Completing internal monthly audits of nursing records.
3. Creating quarterly reports based on audit outcomes.
4. Maintaining and updating the internal database.
5. Assisting with the intake of referrals.
