Addus HomeCare is hiring Self Directed Personal Care Aides (PCA) in Montana to provide compassionate in-home support. Earn up to $24.70 per hour to start, with flexible hours and a 16-hour training program at no cost.

You may travel between clients' homes to assist with daily living tasks and personal care. The role offers entry-level opportunities, background checks, driving may be required, and benefits through the Addus HomeCare family.

Qualifications

• Currently trained PCA or CNA welcome to apply and start right away if selected.
• 16-hour training course meets educational requirement at no cost to you.

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to home to assist clients with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping and socialization.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to clients in their homes.
