Job summary

Royal Community Support in Boonton, NJ is looking for a self-directed employee to support a community member in daily living, advocacy, and overnight needs. You’ll assist with bedtime routines, light housekeeping, errands, and daytime activities while the person leads the way.

The role requires a caring, reliable person with driving privileges, a background check, and a willingness to be flexible and compassionate. Compensation is $24 per hour with part-time evening or overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Have some training and experience as a caregiver for individuals with physical disabilities, preferably in home care.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, a car, and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to take a background check and a drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Other tasks include assisting this person with getting to bed, light housekeeping, and other overnight needs. What You’ll Be Doing Together:

• Supporting community engagement and advocacy efforts
• Running errands and completing everyday tasks
• Being a trusted and reliable partner in day-to-day life

Available Schedules:

1. Monday through Friday: 4 pm- 10 pm
2. Monday through Friday: 10 pm-6 am
3. Saturday and Sunday: 10 pm-6 am
