Everforth Apex in Newark, DE is seeking a Selenium QA Engineer to join project teams. The role focuses on SIT and end-to-end testing to ensure business, technical, and functional requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle, with hybrid onsite work.

Responsibilities include designing and executing test scripts, manual and automated testing, web services, frontend, ETL, and database testing; you will write and run SQL queries and validate production health.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA testing experience required.
• Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies.
• Hands-on Web Services testing (SoapUI/XML, REST/JSON, MQ) and Unix.
• Frontend, ETL, and Database testing with SQL queries.
• At least 2 years of Selenium Automation experience.
• Familiarity with Unix commands and listed tools.
• API testing experience preferred; MQ/Kafka testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test scripts based on test strategy to identify defects before production.
• Perform SIT and End-to-end testing on applications and technology.
• Execute manual and automated scripts for Production Certification and post-production checks.
• Conduct Web Services testing (SOAP/REST) and validate data via SQL queries.
• Perform Frontend, ETL, and Database testing; analyze logs and files.
• Work with Agile teams and track defects in JIRA.
