Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Material Handler in Kenosha, WI to pick orders in a fast-paced distribution center on a 2-2-3 rotation. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working 12-hour night shifts from 6pm to 6:30am; safety and accuracy are emphasized in every task.

Experience is not required; however, strong character and reliability are essential as you support timely order fulfillment and correct palletization before shipping to customers.

As our Material Handler, you will work in our distribution center to pick orders on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule for 12 hour shifts (6pm-6:30am).We can't ship without you. Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet. To thrive you must be prepared to lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and always think safety first. You'll be someone your team can rely on to make sure our orders are right before they're in route to our customers.

As our Material Handler, you don't need experience but you do need strong character. What does that mean to us?

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly for extended periods.
• Shift: 6pm-6:30am; 2-2-3 shift rotation (continuous operations schedule)
