Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV for the 3rd shift (overnight) at the DC Southwest in Temple, TX. The role involves pulling full-case items, reading labels, and moving products to the dock using powered equipment.

You’ll work in a safety-conscious environment with a long-standing focus on efficiency and accuracy, with benefits starting after 60 days and opportunities for advancement within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

• Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour.
• Start time: 12:30am to finish (Cooler/Freezer Dept)

What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Selector IV

The Warehouse Selector IV fills customer orders for full-case products by pulling cases from warehouse storage slots.

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
