Decca Consulting is seeking candidates for a warehouse role in Norcross, GA. The position involves selecting items from pick tickets, staging pallets for outbound shipping, and loading trailers for deliveries.
Applicants should be able to operate an electric pallet jack or forklift, label products with SOS systems, and work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Overtime on holidays and weekends is possible.
Interviews: Group Interviews will be done on Tuesdays at 5 PM. DO not send candidates out to interviews unless confirmed by Flex staff.
Sunday - Thursday: 5PM Start and will finish once all tasks have been completed. Goal is to end by 1:30AM, but OT is mandatory if all collective job tasks are not completed by 1:30AM.

Order selecting of items from pick slots using Voice pick equipment; staging pallets in proper staging lane on shipping dock; and loading merchandise onto trailer for outbound shipment. Ability to safely operate industrial powered equipment (i.e., ride on electric pallet jack, cherry picker, etc.) in high traffic fast-paced environment. Perform all daily task with focus following established process and attention to details.
0-3 Years of Experience, Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. Hand selects orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer, operates assigned SOS unit to create labels, correctly places labels on product, stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.), stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations, stretch-wraps product on loading dock, maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment, and performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment. Must follow SyscoSafe preferred work methods at all times and follow sanitation requirements in order to comply with policy set forth by Sysco and by AIB (American Institute of Baking). This position requires working until all products are accurately selected and loaded including potential overtime on holidays and weekends. Essential skills include the ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard, working rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast paced environment, meeting or exceeding established cases per error goals, and developing a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures. Basic requirements include being over the age of 18, the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements, basic arithmetic skills, and adequate physical fitness to lift up to 100 lbs regularly. Reports to Night Warehouse Manager / Supervisor.
