Job summary

Emerald-Isle-Foods-LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking an Order Selector to pull full case product in a refrigerated environment and load delivery trucks.

You will operate an electric riding pallet jack and use a voice-picking headset to fulfill orders, aiming to meet productivity goals and maintain steady workflow throughout shifts. Previous experience in produce distribution and voice-picking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-55 degrees).
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Must be able to work scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Must be able to meet productivity goal of 825 cases per shift by 30 days.
• Preferred: 3 years order pulling experience in produce; knowledge of warehouse distribution and produce.

Summary: The Order Selector is responsible for pulling full case product, operating electric pallet jack and using voice activated headset. Upon completion of pulling products to fulfill orders, the Order Selector is responsible for loading delivery trucks according to route.
