Job summary

City of Dubuque AmeriCorps is seeking a Social-Emotional Learning Internvention Coordinator to support school-based programs. You will conduct SEL interventions, build positive connections with youth, and collaborate with teachers and staff.

This role offers training, an education award after service, health coverage, childcare assistance if eligible, and a living allowance. Applicants should be prepared to work on site in Dubuque and engage with community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth programs is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and AmeriCorps members.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) interventions.

• Collect and analyze program data.
• Support crisis intervention and student well-being.
