  • Monitor operational and reporting processes to maintain data integrity and financial accuracy.
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve challenges, improve processes, and achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and drive actions through to completion.

About the Role

The Segment Analyst supports key operational processes that enable a seamless customer experience and maintain financial accuracy. This role serves as an escalation point for operational issues related to fulfillment, credits, invoicing, account maintenance, and e-submissions, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and operational excellence. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
