The Volunteer Center of Whatcom County is seeking volunteers for the Rock Steady Boxing program in Bellingham, Washington. This non-contact fitness class is designed to improve strength, balance, and confidence for individuals living with Parkinson's disease.
Volunteers will help monitor workout stations, encourage participants, and foster a positive environment. The commitment is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30–11:00 am. No boxing experience required; just a willingness to support others.
