The practice supports OB/GYN growth across 3 counties with a flexible schedule, 1:6 OB call, and strong robotic, maternal fetal medicine, and midwife support.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN physician services at Mercy Springfield Regional Medical Center.
• Manage labor/delivery and gynecologic procedures; participate in call schedule.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and program development with leadership.

Mercy Health in Springfield, Ohio is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our busy, well-respected group. Work and live in a great, growing community between Dayton and Columbus, OH. We offer a salary guarantee for up to two years plus productivity.

• Flexible schedule with guaranteed 1:6 OB call, post call day off.

• 100 deliveries, 100-250 GYN cases at maturity, 45+ primary care providers

• One location - Mercy Health Springfield Regional Medical Center (254 beds)
• 8 labor and delivery and 20 post-partum rooms and 6 triage rooms.
• EMR is EPIC with DAX Copilot
• Midwife support on at the Medical Center (soon to be 24/7). NP and PA support in the office.
