Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Provo Sandy is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support seniors in Utah. This part-time, in-person role offers flexible hours and a chance to help older adults live independently while staying connected to your community.

You will provide companionship, run errands, prepare meals, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. No certifications required—background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• Mature individuals who demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently; must be able-bodied.
• All caregivers must pass a background check; guidance provided through the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with shopping and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Perform minor housekeeping tasks and transportation for clients.

Companionship, shopping, cooking a meal, personal care, minor housekeeping, or transporting a client, there are many ways you can help. Qualifications:

• Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm. Usually 45+ (helps with compatibility)
• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must
• All caregivers to pass a background check. A fair amount of people knowingly or unknowingly are already cleared and we can easily help you check. If not, it's a simple process we’ll walk you through
