Job summary

Love Love Foundation in California is seeking a qualified Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Peer Support Department serving at-risk youth and young adults transitioning out of foster care, with housing stability, education, and healthcare access goals.

The role provides clinical oversight, guidance, program support, and quality assurance as we expand behavioral health services; a California LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license is required.

Qualifications

• Active California license required (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Experience supervising behavioral health teams preferred.
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal or community-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

Love Love Foundation is seeking a qualified Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Peer Support Department serving at-risk youth, young adults transitioning out of the foster care system , and individuals seeking support with housing stability, education, employment, healthcare access, and personal development.

Our program provides trauma-informed mentorship, certified peer support services, resource navigation, and community-based support to help individuals achieve safe and stable lives. Our Peer Support Specialists assist participants with goals such as enrolling in school, finding employment, obtaining health insurance, accessing Department of Social Services resources, and connecting to essential community services.

The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, guidance, program support, and quality assurance for our peer support team as we expand our behavioral health services.

Qualifications:

• Active California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Behavioral health experience preferred
• Experience with supervision, community-based services, or Medi-Cal programs preferred
