Absolute Health Professionals is seeking a compassionate CNA or Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes across Volusia County, FL. This full-time role offers stability in a patient-centered home care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CNA certification or HHA license, CPR certification, and experience in nursing homes, assisted living, or home health. You will work shift-based across environments, with HIPAA privacy standards mandatory.

SHIFT OPENINGS: ALL TIME SLOTS

Responsibilities:

Assist the patient with getting ready for the day and daily tasks.

Provide light assistance general supervision and reassurance

Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification or HHA license required

CPR Certification

Prior experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation practices essential for accurate record-keeping

Ability to work independently or as part of a team, shift-based roles across various environments. Strong communication and documentation skills coupled with compassion for patient-centered care; understanding of HIPAA privacy standards is mandatory.

Pay Rate: (Weekly Pay)

Job Type: FULL_TIME

Additional Requirements: Must have a Level II Background and a CNA or HHA certification.
