Preferred Care at Home of The Villages is seeking experienced caregivers to join our home-based care team serving Summerfield, Lady Lake and surrounding areas. Positions available include full-time, part-time and PRN with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

We offer stable, high-paying assignments and remote interview options via Zoom for your convenience. Candidates should have 1–3+ years of caregiving experience, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• CNA: 1-2 years or caregiver: 3+ years of experience.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be able to pass background screening.
• Ability to commute to client homes.
• High school diploma/GED.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors to maintain dignity and independence.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Support clients in activities of daily living and mobility.
