Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Driver of Roll-Off Dumpsters in Wheeling, WV area. No CDL needed; full training provided.

Expect 32–35 hours per week on a rotating schedule with a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $1.00/hour raise after 6 months with a clean record, plus potential bonuses. You'll deliver and pick up 6–20 yard dumpsters, operate lift trucks, and work under a dispatcher guidance via smartphone.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older with clean driving record.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and neat appearance a must.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English well enough to represent company professionally.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
• Some commercial vehicle operation experience preferable.
• Must have good understanding of local area and neighborhoods.
• On-boarding requires criminal history background check and MVR record screening; must pass 12-panel drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup 6–20 yard roll-off dumpsters for construction and household debris.
• Operate and drive lift trucks to transport trash and ensure cargo safety.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatcher; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and trailer.

Job Title: Driver of Roll-Off Dumpsters, with a smaller, residential-friendly, single-axle truck

Note: You do NOT need a CDL to drive for us! We will train. If you can drive a large pick-up Truck, then you can drive our trucks. Many of our drivers never possessed a CDL before; and they do very well!

Job Description: Delivery and pick up 6 - 20 yard roll off dumpsters for construction /household debris.

Terms of Employment: 32-35 hrs per week. 4 week rotating schedule: (Mon/Tue/Wed...then next month Thur/Fri/Sat, etc.).

Anticipated Start Date: Immediate Openings Available!

Licensing/Certification: No CDL needed. Requires a Current commercial DOT driver's medical card; if you don't have one, you will need to get one (cost about $80)

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position
• Some commercial vehicle operation experience preferable
• Must have good understanding of local area and neighborhoods

• Must be able to pass 12-panel drug screening

Specific Skills

Operate and drive lift trucks to transport trash, Tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher, Perform pre and post trip inspections of vehicle. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.

Additional Skills

Professionalism in customer service. Handle inquiries from customers. Experience in construction industry is an asset. Preferred: Prefer candidates who have familiarity with smart-phones.
