Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service, repair and installation of aftermarket brakes and suspension
• Experience on Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge and Toyota trucks
• Valid CA Driver License
• Physically able to work in a shop environment

Responsibilities

• Install lift kits, lowering kits, suspension components, brakes and alignments on trucks and cars
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Perform alignments across model years and technologies
• Inspect completed work for quality
• Lead and motivate teammates and execute work orders
• Read and follow aftermarket suspension/ accessory instructions with required tools

Job description

Technicians must be proficient, have great attitude in diagnosing drivability issues via test drives and vehicle inspections. Valid CA Driver License required for test driving vehicles. Starting hourly pay rate and pay raises are depends on your level of experience, quality of your workmanship, degree of your attention to details and problem solving knowledge.

Must have prior experience working on Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge and Toyota trucks, and most make and models

This is a physically demanding position, ability to work in shop environment

Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, reach and work a full time shift

5+ years of experience of service, repair and installation of aftermarket parts brakes and suspension

Reliable transportation to and from work

Valid driver’s license

Primary responsibilities

• Installing lift kits, lowering kits, suspension, brake components, and alignments on full and mid-size trucks and passenger cars
• Maintain safe and clean work environment
• Alignments on any year make and model vehicle from old school classics to new modern technology
• Maintain safe and clean work environment
• Perform inspections of completed work to confirm quality
• Motivated tech with a great attitude and ability to lead
• Execute work orders
• Communicate and work well with others
• Team player
• Read and understand aftermarket suspension and accessory instructions. Use of snap on, autel, launch and factory scan tools, TPMS tools A+ knowledge. Shop is well equipped with most specialty tools, scan tools, ac machine both R134 and 1234YF

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Compensation and benefits

• $25.00 - $50.00 DOE. with production bonus. Pay day every Friday. We buy lunch for everyone every Friday. We offer discount on parts, for personal and direct family members. Paid time off. 1 week vacation after a year of continuous employment. We pay for Training and must attend when training is provided while or after work hrs.
