Job summary

Sittercity is helping a San Jose family find a warm, experienced weekend caregiver for two kids, ages 6 and 4. Schedule Saturdays and Sundays 3:00–6:00 PM with flexible start/end times.

The family values energy, structure, and gentle boundaries while keeping the children engaged with age-appropriate activities. The ideal candidate has experience with ADHD/ASD, is patient and confident in setting boundaries, and genuinely enjoys being with kids.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with ADHD and/or ASD.
• Patient, caring, and gentle — but confident in setting and maintaining clear boundaries.
• Positive and energetic personality — someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids.
• Ability to plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for both children.

About Our Family: We're looking for a warm, experienced caregiver for weekend afternoons with our two kids — a 6 y/o with ADHD/ASD and a 4 y/o who is neurotypical. Both are fun, playful kids who thrive with someone who brings good energy and structure.
