A leading agricultural solutions firm is seeking a Seeds Processing Shift Coordinator in Lubbock, TX. This role involves leading day-to-day operations in packaging and de-linting plants while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Skills in team leadership and knowledge of OSHA requirements are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or seed production.
• Knowledge of Safety and Quality Management systems.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in packaging and de-linting plants.
• Assist with inventory counts of chemicals and raw goods.
• Communicate production status to Supervisory staff.
• Maintain plant monitoring programs and SOP adherence.
