Job summary

Allied Seed, headquartered in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a hands-on facility worker to support daily operations at our busy seed facility. You will help ensure correct packaging weight, apply seed treatment levels, and contribute to accurate inventory and quality control.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied hours to meet seasonal demands. Training and safety compliance are part of the job at Allied Seed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs frequently.
• Experience with inventory management and product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is packaged at correct weight and seed treatment levels are applied.
• Stack, stencil, clean, and tag bags on pallets.
• Maintain an accurate count of product bagged and/or boxed.
• Operate forklifts, packaging equipment and seed cleaning machinery.
