Job summary

DLF North America is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist in La Crosse, WI to ensure seed requirements are forecasted, secured, and positioned to meet customer demand. You will forecast supply, coordinate procurement, and optimize inventory across the distribution network.

The role collaborates with the Director of US Distribution Operations and cross-functional teams to improve planning efficiency and drive cost savings. A strong analytical mindset and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement or logistics.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling supply forecast.
• Forecast and secure seed requirements to support operations.
• Coordinate timely delivery of incoming goods and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory information across locations.
• Monitor movement costs, quantity, and storage efficiency.
• Provide bi-weekly leadership reports on inventory availability and demand.
