Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a laboratory operations leader to drive data management, calibration programs, and process improvements across SSL, Treating, Deblending and Physical Purity.

In this role, you will supervise Analysts and contract staff, coordinate testing, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and KPI accountability within the lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years relevant work experience (seed production, seed testing, QMS).
• Proficient to Expert use of LIMS, SAP, Fiori, Excel, Planning & Reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive results and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing within assigned areas and fill in for Analysts when necessary.
• Lead SSL, Treating, Deblending and Physical Purity calibration activities and PMs.
• Mentor Analysts and contract staff; coaching on procedures and safety protocols.
• Develop procedures and training materials for SSL, Treating, Deblending and Physical Purity.
• Maintain safety guidelines and lead HSE initiatives and contractor training.
• Manage maintenance needs and capital projects in the quality lab.
