We are looking for an enterprising System Administrator to develop and implement Windows- and Linux-based engineering solutions within a government software hosting facility. This position requires full-time on-site presence at the NAVAIR base in PAX River, MD.
** This position is future funded and not expected to begin before September 1, 2026
An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance after
beginning this work. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
At least three years experience performing many of the responsibilities listed in this job requisition.
Experience with evaluating Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance including performing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning.
A certification in a Windows or Linux operating environment.
Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.
The projected annual compensation range for this position is $75,000 -$150,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
