Job summary

HRUCKUS seeks a Security Administration Visitor Control Specialist for a full-time role at Andrews AFB, MD. The incumbent will manage security visitor control, program security administration, and related duties to support DoD-level operations.

The ideal candidate holds 1–2 years of related experience, active Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and a High School Diploma or GED. Prior experience in security programs is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related security experience.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Check visitor identifications and ensure sponsorship/clearance via JPAS or local database.
• Log visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals.
• Ensure visitors do not bring prohibited items (phones, PDAs, etc.).
• Assist with bag/hand-carried item inspection.
• Receive and distribute packages per SOPs.
• Verify personnel have authorized access badges and display them.
• Execute emergency procedures for bomb threats, active shooter, fire, etc.
• Maintain logs, instructions, equipment and badges at start/end of shift.
• Assist with personnel, information, and entry-control functions.
