Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to support our clients in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will deliver customer-focused security, patrol facilities, and respond to incidents per site policies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen per federal, state and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to identify unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and assist with visitor and contractor check-in as required.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to site leadership.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor and contractor check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
