Job summary

Seneca Strategic Partners, part of the Seneca Nation Group, is recruiting qualified candidates to serve as role players at the U.S. Secret Service JJRTC in Laurel, Maryland.

These part-time and on-call positions support professional training by creating real-world scenarios for instructors and trainees. Role players participate in canine, protective, escalation/de-escalation scenarios, with schedules typically Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–10:00 PM; ability to stand, walk, and handle safety gear;

Qualifications

• Formal education beyond high school is preferred and work experience is valuable.
• English proficiency at least at an 8th-grade level or higher.
• Must meet USSS security requirements and pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Role players support basic and advanced training for trainees and instructors across scenarios.
• Assist in creating realistic situations; adapt to student actions and exercise objectives.
• Participate in a range of scenarios including surveillance, arrests, interviews, and canines.
