Zusammenfassung

Remote DXB is seeking an IT Identity and Security Administrator to manage Azure infrastructure, Entra ID IAM, and Microsoft 365 services within a US-based environment. The role covers governance, device management with Intune, and implementing secure authentication workflows.

Candidates should demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills for complex identity issues and maintain robust documentation and runbooks for operations.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to troubleshoot complex authentication and identity issues.

Aufgaben

• Administer Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, policy, and Entra Connect / cloud sync.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID identity lifecycle, groups, app registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation via SAML and OIDC.
• Maintain identity and access management processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and privileged access management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage endpoints through Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, and device compliance.
• Monitor system health, support security and compliance standards, and perform routine maintenance.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support materials.]
