The role supports planning, delivery, and optimization of physical security programs, with responsibilities spanning timelines, budgets, vendor management, and process automation to strengthen the company's global security posture.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCure 9000 and CCTV platform operations.
• Strong project management across budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools and large language models for security.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead security technology projects from initiation to implementation.
• Coordinate with IT, Risk, Real Estate, Compliance, and units to integrate solutions.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and allocate resources; manage vendors.
• Drive process automation and scalable operating standards.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of access control and CCTV systems.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies for potential use.
